Our Level One personal defense course teaches practical and effective techniques for countering hostile-aggressive individuals or a sudden, violent attack. Students learn to develop the proper mindset; along with default attack, blocking and countering techniques. This is the right class to start with for most students. Ages 13+. More about Kuaishou.
Levels II & III
Levels Two & Three Kuaishou self-protection classes teach advanced techniques for delivering pain for aggressor compliance and control, debilitating strikes and chokes, the use of batons and knives for self-defense, weapons disarming, multiple attackers and more. SIX COMBAT SPORTS TO CHALLENGE MIND AND BODY
Our cardio kickboxing classes are a great way to stay fit. You're always in motion. Practice techniques you'll learn in self-protection and boxing classes to improve the speed, power and accuracy of your kicks, punches, elbows and knees. Burn calories and tone your muscles to high energy music and expert instruction.
New students learn footwork drills, shadow boxing and punching combinations, with a slower paced class ideal for beginners. More up-tempo classes are designed for members ready to take it up a notch. All classes will strengthen up the core and are excellent for overall conditioning. All levels welcomed. Ages 13+.
Judo and Jiu jitsu
Discover the tradition, discipline and challenge of eastern martial arts in our judo and jiu jitsu classes. You'll learn hip throws, ground fighting, joint manipulation, reverse chokeholds, and guard position attack and defend skills. Our instructors include two 10th degree black belts who share their passion for these martial arts. All levels welcomed, ages 13+.
Muay Thai uses it all...boxing, kicking, knees, elbows and fight strategy. This is another high heart rate sport mixed with less strenuous periods of technique training. For men, women and teens 13+. All levels welcomed. Give it a try!

8-Week Bootcamp for Teens
Our teen bootcamp focuses on de-escalation skills and self-protection techniques for threats and circumstances most likely to be faced by students. Twice-weekly co-ed classes teach default attack, defend and countering moves and developing an
awareness mindset. Students learn tactics for countering bullying, sexual aggression, a school shooter, predators, and hostile-aggressive individuals.
